Shawna has managed a President & COO’s communications program, influenced national communication strategies, created dozens of leadership presentations, organized hybrid town halls for 12,000+ employees, and developed writing workshops and plain language training.
She brings a blend of strategy, warmth and a little humour to every room she leads.
Shawna fully embraces her values of authenticity, trust, respect, commitment, well-being and intuition. A prairie gal and proud Canadian, she grew up in rural Manitoba and lives in Winnipeg with her son and husband.
